This will familiarize them with our policies and revision guidelines. Should they have any concerns regarding these policies, they can cancel their order within 12 hours of placement.

- We recommend submitting revision requests through the designated Student Portal or email address. This allows us to track and address your concerns. General updates and follow-ups can be directed through alternative communication channels like WhatsApp and Live Chat.
- We reserve the right to deny revision requests per our terms and conditions. However, if you do not qualify for a free revision, you can contact our customer support team with your assignment concerns. While we will try to address your issue with available resources, we are not obligated to do so under our service agreement.
- To be eligible for free revision do not mark “completed” for long papers i.e. 25+ pages which have 14 day free revision timeframe after revising the homework. However, should you require adjustments after this period, our revision services remain available at an additional cost.

The customer must read the assignment thoroughly before agreeing to the delivered task. Revision requests are accepted only within 7 days of delivery; no revision requests are accepted.
If you feel that our writers have not been able to meet your standards, or if there are any problems with your essay or thesis paper, we refund based on our refund policy. However, should you wish for another tutor to work on your project instead, we will happily provide one without any extra charge!
In situations where a customer may have received their revision but still is unhappy with the quality of their work done by us or another writer. We will happily offer them either 1) A refund or 2) An alternative revision from one of our other writers.
We provide a one-week window for the client to accept the revised work. Failure to respond within this timeframe will be interpreted as client satisfaction with the revised assignment.
